\"AndrewIn just a few years Andrew has earned a reputation as an effective and trusted mediator and arbitrator. Aside from being the fourth of seven children, he relies on 38 years of trial practice to assist parties and counsel to assess their risks at trial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Andrew is pleasantly persistent pursuing settlement, especially when the parties believe they are at an impasse. He has often settled cases weeks after formal mediation concludes.<\/span><\/p>\n

While at Snow Christensen & Martineau he tried cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, including spinal and traumatic brain injuries for both plaintiffs and defendants. Other trials include excessive force claims resulting in death and serious bodily injury, products liability, truck accidents, medical malpractice wrongful death, automobile crashes, premises liability, employment, food safety, fire and property loss claims and many others. Andrew has tried commercial cases and land use claims, as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Mr. Morse ran focus groups and mock trials for Snow Trial Services. In that role he has seen many juries deliberate and has interviewed dozens of jurors about how they decide issues. This has added to his breadth of experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Morse is also a leader, who as President of Snow Christensen & Martineau for 8 years, regularly developed consensus among lawyers with opposing viewpoints. He did so by listening, and by encouraging people to consider one another\u2019s perspective. He did so by gaining the empathic trust of those around him. These same skills and personality traits allow litigants and their lawyers to trust Mr. Morse as a neutral.<\/span><\/p>\n
