Brian has been a member of the Litigation Section, Construction Law Section and the Dispute Resolution Section of the Utah State Bar. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar and the Utah Supreme Court\u2019s Construction Law Sub-committee on Model Jury Instructions. Brian acted as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Third District Court, Salt Lake Department, State of Utah for over 10 years. In his \u201cspare\u201d time, he currently serves as a Vice President of the Utah Youth Soccer Association.<\/p>\n<p>Brian has lectured to numerous groups on various legal topics relating to the construction industry, including the Utah Bar Association, Associated General Contractors of Utah, Associated Builders &amp; Contractors of Utah, Utah Surety Association, Lorman Education, NBI, Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, Salt Lake Community College.
