Dennis is a graduate of the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah where he was a Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review. His undergraduate degree is from Utah State University where he was a member of the Aggie football team and received recognition from the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame for his level of play, academic standards, and leadership.<\/p>\n

Following law school, Dennis served in the United States Marine Corps as a judge advocate, and continued his military service in the Utah Army National Guard while practicing law in private law firms in Salt Lake City, completing his service as a Lieutenant Colonel. Dennis has completed certification as a mediator through the Pepperdine School of Law, Strauss Institute.<\/p>\n

Dennis\u2019s legal practice has included the areas of products liability defense, medical negligence defense, ski resort defense, governmental entity defense, plaintiff\u2019s personal injury, family law matters, and general litigation. As a judge advocate, Dennis served as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. This variety of practice areas allows him to see the world from many different perspectives, and to appreciate that legal matters are people matters.
