Practiced as an\u00a0associate attorney with the law firm of Tibbals, Adamson,\u00a0Peters and Howell and worked on many types of civil and\u00a0domestic cases. Also worked as a Deputy Salt Lake\u00a0County Attorney from 1982-1987. Appointed May 1987\u00a0to the Third Circuit Court. Elected by peers as the\u00a0Presiding Judge from 1992-1996. Became a member of\u00a0the Third District Court Bench in 1996.
