Known for cutting to the chase, straight talk and getting cases settled, he has routinely been recognized by clients, peers and judges as among the best in Utah\u2019s legal and ADR communities in terms of both expertise and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>Although his litigation and ADR practices focused primarily on all manner of design\/construction disputes, Craig has successfully mediated disputes in a wide variety of other cases throughout the Mountain West as well including, inter alia, business, real estate, contract, property damage, IP and personal injury cases \u2013 many settling in the seven-to-eight figure range.
