Work Experience:  Worked as a senior trial lawyer for the Salt Lake City firm of Ray, Quinney & Nebeker. Partner/shareholder from 1977-2000. Litigated commercial, corporate, employment and construction claims, personal injury, product liability, medical and legal malpractice and insurance matters.  Tried several large cases including representing a major utility company in connection with a large-scale mine disaster. 

Education: B.S., University of Utah, Cum Laude (1969)
J.D., University of Michigan Law School (1972)

Professional Licenses: Admitted to the Utah State Bar and Utah Federal Bar in 1972.

Accolades: Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Named as one of  America’s Best Lawyers 1993-2008 in

Alternative Dispute Resolution by the Utah State Bar in 2007.
