Chris SnowChris Snow is a certified mediator and mediates a wide range of litigation matters.  Chris enjoys an extremely high success rate in resolving disputes and works hard to simplify complex matters into workable solutions.  He takes a straightforward evaluative approach to each case and works well with counsel and clients to find creative solutions even with the most difficult cases.

Chris is uniquely positioned to facilitate settlements as he has recovered tens of millions of dollars on a wide range of plaintiff-side complex commercial, employment and business disputes and has successfully represented and defended hundreds of businesses, employers and individuals in high stakes litigation.

Chris received his mediation training at Pepperdine School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He received his juris doctor degree at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for Chief Judge Dee Benson at the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and then turned to private practice at a National firm in Washington DC.

Chris is licensed in Utah and California where he maintains an active litigation and mediation practice.  He is a director and shareholder for the Clyde Snow law firm where he has practiced for over 20 years.
