Professional Experience: Admitted to Utah State Bar and Utah Federal Bar in 1977 and Supreme Court of United States in 1989.  Trial lawyer and partner with Ray, Quinney & Nebeker, 1976-1982:  Litigated commercial, banking, corporate, employment, construction, products liability, securities and insurance cases in state and federal courts.   1981-1986:  District Court Judge in Third Judicial District.  Presided over complex civil and criminal bench and jury trials.  1987-2008:  Judge, Utah Court of Appeals.  All types of cases, civil, criminal, administrative, domestic.  January 1, 2009:   Active Senior Judge and Mediator and Arbitrator.  Adjunct Professor, S.J. Quinney School of Law.  Teach Judicial Process.
